Hi John D'accord. Thanks for the clarification! Do you include in that definition "imaginary" spatial anchoring, where a client (probably in trance) imagines moving from one state to another (or moving along a timeline)? Would the use of micro-muscle movements be an important distinction here, as it is when rehearsing a physical movement? Apart from the question above, your description makes sense to me. So if timelines are a subset of the set of spatial-anchoring exercises, what are the defining characteristics of that subset and its selection criteria? Cheers, Jon P.S.
