Thank you for your reply.  It clarifies a lot of things.

Where was I when Bandler was trying to own NLP?  I was watching.  It was glib of me to make the comments I did without nodding my head to the fact that you, out of great personal sacrifice, helped insure that NLP remains free of the legal constraints Bandler attempted to impose.  I apologise for that.

I appreciate the fact that even though you found one of my remarks to be close to insulting, you took the time to reply anyway.

I see that you have every right to say what you have said as co-creator and in fact may feel that it is your duty to do so.

I am also clearer on why it is you said not making the content/process distinction is unethical.
