SMH, My understanding is that in the United States it is currently illegal to sell human swimsuit models. However, it is perfectly legal to buy and sell inflatable swimsuits models (or so I have read). Thanks for your clarification. I must apologize that I was not asking for content in this situation. I am much more interested in criteria for connecting phrases like "it works" to sensory experience. When you write "I take calibration as a given in all of this at all times" please let me remind you that "calibration" is a nominalization. The term is an abstraction of a process and the term has absoultely no value in and of itself. What result would you expect if you asked a person with no background in NLP to "calibrate trance?" There are a lot of people selling models (of excellence, that is) out there and not just in the NLP community. The presupposition is that application of the model will produce valuable results. Rather than applying the Meta-Model to challenge this presupposition, many people seem perfectly content to use the Milton Model (on themselves and othes) to influence buying behavior. - Ulic |
