I'd like to introduce you all to a new science what I have invented. It's called Neuro-Pedantics Watch out for my forthcoming book (the first of seven I'll be writing this week), in which I elaborate 57 variations that Bandler and Grinder almost, but not quite, identified in Korzybski's "The map is not the territory". These include important new distinctions such as "The territory is not the map", "The map might be different from the territory", "Why is my map crinkly, and why can't I get it to fold up neatly?" The title of this book is "Maps are from Mars, Territories are From Venus" - watch out for me on Oprah! |
