John, It would seem to me that "focus" is an ability and/or process, while "flow" is a state that most likely involves focus. The terms occupy different logical levels, as John and Carmen insist their associated sensory channels do: visual (focus) and kinesthetic (flow). This is only my interpretation, but I would attempt to focus in order to reach a flow state. Hope that helps. best, C |
