Who has the right to certify who? Does anyone know the answer to this? Can anyone legally and without fear of retribution certify a Practitioner or Master Practitioner? Supposedly this issue is settled but I think not. Just curious. Of course you would want to be certified by someone reputable, someone who is defintely competent, because a certificate is only as good as the certifier but can anyone that is Competent and Reputable Legally and without fear of Retribution certify someone? |
