Hi Stephen, I've had some good effects with the BrainWave Generator software at http://www.bwgen.com Nothing dramatic, just found it helpful for relaxing, meditating, or getting focussed. I have no idea whether the effects are psychosomatic or "real" ...but it's worth a try! Cheers, Jon |
