Hello Michael,

Thank you again for taking time to read my posting and giving answer to me.
I have played with elicit involuntary signal on sitting posture.

1. Self hypnosis"

I love Betty Erickson's Self Hypnosis.
I have successed with experiment of coming back to normal state at 15 minutues later.(I requested my unconscious to come back to normal state 15 minutes later)

Option3:
"3. Mind body activities that engage co-ordination bi-hemispheric processing such as juggling or the new code alphabet game. "

I have a friend who is NLP practitioner.
He is doing Infinity Walk. And we will play with it at next our NLP practice
group. He is thinking that we could use Infinity Walk for New Code Change Format as a alternative way.

Thank you again!
