Hi Michael, You asked what I learnt. Well, in particular, you reminded me about the rest of the steps in John's model of how he models. Plus, I love John's perspective and depth of understanding of human beings. Almost every post from John opens my mind further! The example of happiness was just the first example that came into my mind. But it was a good choice, from my point of view, simply becuase John's comment about it was so facinating and useful!
