Hi John and Carmen, Great book!  Finally something written in the land of NLP with a little kick. You are very explicit in taking Robert Dilt to task for engaging in a sloppy articulation of logical levels/types.  Because I am out of the NLP loop in terms of magazines and online journals, I am wondering if Robert has written a formal response to your questions/suggestions? And finally, is it true that Anthony Robbins attended your and Richard's early seminars?  I can't remember if it was you guys or Robert and Todd that introduced him...and I can't remember if my presuppositions are way off in this regard...
