|Topic:||More internal dialogue|
My internal dialogue is wondering whether you would be able to answer my original question on the internal dialogue section. I think it may have got lost in the other points - which were very interesting - but I am still not clear on the answers. I've re-posted the question below.
Is internal dialogue a conscious mind process? If it is, would you recommend ignoring it and going with feelings/instinct on important decisions.
If it isn't, how do you distinguish between it being an important message from the unconscious, and just dialogue which in the words of your former partner on a video I saw, you should tell to 'shut the fuck up.'
