Hi everyone, Two questions. 1. Is there any situation where a preprogramed response is better than a high performance state? For example, if working on a assembly line, would you want to be in a high performance state the whole time? 2. I can see how a dual hemisphere strategy/high performance state would be an improvement on a task like learning to play guitar. There are a lot of tasks that are part of life in Western society in which a unconscious, or even balanced hemisphere approach might not work. How about running for president, or formulating a company's marketing strategy, or planning your finances? Or taking the MCAT. Eric |
