Their argument was that CEOs (and companies even) change often enough for it not to be an issue for them. The videos would include the CEO being interviewed, so it flattered the CEO's ego. Also they sometimes received repeat orders, they had Microsoft as a client three times. On the other hand they did receive some really indignant letters, from Glaxo SmithKline for example, stating their disbelief in how the product was presented, and what they ended up getting. |
