Hi Nick We completed a business focussed NLP training a couple of years ago which was 'properly researched academically' to see if 'it worked'and concluded that 'yes it did'. In practice this meant is that a series of four 'psychometrically valid' tests showed (in three of the four areas tested) statistically significant changes over six weeks and three months in the profiles of the people sampled.
