May I suggest you're reading Perfect Health by Deepak Chopra. He provides distinctions between different body types (mainly Pita, Kaffa, Vata) and a different set of foods suited to them. I have found this to be the most effective combindation for me personally, I feel much better. In the end isn't the best way to test the foods on yourself to see what results you get - TOTE. |
