Dear inner calm, thank you for you time and thoughts. I thought the great benefit of hypnosis was the ability to ellicit unconcious feedback at that moment, thus allowing a series of changes, reframing etc. to be done in one go, rather than a constant flow. Also, I have the impression that the changes that can be achieved through hypnosis are more 'fixed'. The problem for me is that incorrect external feedback can be expensive! A question. How does one see what programs are running in the unconscious? There's a visual organisational structure if ever I saw one! Also, it appears to me that a reframe of core values can only be affected by the unconcious- is that right? And direct access for that would be... ? Once again, thanks for your energy - Jamie |
