Dr. Grinder, I guess I'm misunderstanding cause and effect in the context of the Chain of Excellence. What you refer to as "points of leverage" are specific points on which applying causes will yield a desired effect, notably state change. Are you saying simply that we cannot consciously know whether what we have identified as the cause is really the cause? Martin |
