Question: do those who find NLP concepts and practices interesting, useful, or have allowed them to become part of their mental life fall into one of the Kiersey tempermant groupings ?

If Kiersey tests were given to the participants at NLP trainings, would significant patterns emerge ? Is there a major style, or are there clusters of styles ? One temperament that is exited by John Grinder's ideas, and another that feels more in tune with Richard Bandler's ? Would this knowledge be useful for training design ? For example, should trainers have the flexibility to train in the NT (rationalist) style, as well as the Artisan, Guardian, or Idealist style... and would each of these styles work best with different metaphors, trance structures, motivations ? It would be interesting to see the interaction of NLP and temperament, how would I, an NT, do some mind work that is of maximal value to an ENFJ teacher, or an ESTJ supervisor ? Could an ESFP performer (think Richard B.) trainer adapt his or her style to ENFPs...."The Champion Idealists are abstract in thought and speech, cooperative in accomplishing their aims, and informative and extraverted when relating with others. For Champions, nothing occurs which does not have some deep ethical significance, and this, coupled with their uncanny sense of the motivations of others..." if this happens to resemble anyone we know...
