On second thought, thanks but no thanks.  The process of justifying an act or set of actions does not fall within the scope of NLP application or NLP modeling.  The act of justifying action or lack therof is clearly an indulgence in content and goes against the grain of what NLP is about.  I fail to see how my distinguishing amongst the different types of justice is helpful in the least in effectively utilizing NLP patterning or in manipulating process variables in general.  So, in conclusion, 'it' doesn't apply to NLP and your post is therefore irrelevant.
