Gene, I read your post of premises and conclusion with great interest. Reading your post offered great insight into your side of the debate we had earlier re meta-state and meta-position. Dr. Grinder replied that your post is "chuck full of presuppositions that have absolutely nothing to do with our work." Personally, I found having some awareness of those presuppositions fascinating and offer you a challenge: "What is the foundational yet implicit presupposition that makes possible the others explicit in your writing?" I don't think I know the answer to that question but I would love to hear yours. - Ulic |
