Check the definitions for f1, FA and f2 and then consider your statement with reference to what kind of a filter a pair of glasses is,

Either you do not understand the definition offered in Whispering or you are proposing a different use of the terms (and implicitly a distinct epistemology) - please be clear in this matter,
