Hello again, Keith. Stephen here. I think that 3) refers to 2) in this sense... the “… partial list of design variables” from sentence 2. I take this to mean that while they could use what John learned from linguistics to put together the Meta-Model, they had no such framework available for things such as states, sub-modalities, anchoring, etc. These non-verbals came to be coded to some degree and taught be John and Richard. Some of the non-verbals where left unmentioned or what have you based on the preferences of JG or RB. I think this is what they are getting at... Be well, SMH |
