Hello John, Carmen, and everyone. I am practicing stablish an involuntary kinesthetic sygnal system. I always practice in my bed before sleep at night. First, I internaly say to my unconscious "Will you communicate with me?"(as described in Whispering) Next I place attention on my kinesthetic system(body sensations) but I always something like this; While I wait for signal.." Hmm, I just feel warm at stomach area......Oh, my right arm twitch, is this the signal? Unconcisous, is this warm feeling the yes-signal or twitching my right arm is?  please give me your signal again." Then I wait again but so many feeling happend. Now I become stuck. I do it again and again. Finally I confused and I stopped. Then I thank my unconscious and sleep. John and Carmen or anyone elese, could you give any hints, tips, or exercises that might help me to establish clear involuntary signal? To Maichael(Carrol): If I asked stupid question in this post.
