Hoho Tony.  Vfunny Zzz.... But an interesting question would be, could Chomsky have been who he is without some influence of Wittgenstein?  Also, John Grinder, as linguist, could not have escaped LW's influence in some way.  Whether you might find threads of influence from say Philosophical Investigations or the Tractatus making their way into NLP may not be the point, but that there are perhaps in some way systemically, a number of echoes, at least.

Forgive me for speaking out of turn... and assuming things.
