Hi John

Niced posting!

You start with,

"that the language/neurology aggregate be such an interdependency that language plays an inherent role in formatting neurology for the most part?"

The possibility of language structuring pre-FA transforms is what we referred to as the strong case of feedforward - namely, that associations that did not exist previously in the f1 transforms leading up to FA are induced by associations formed verbally and through repetition shifts the funcioning of the f1 transforms effected. This seems to us a likely scenario for extreme cases. Note that in such cases the feedforward transforms in f1 are not easily avaiable in the processes of change. This accords well with the difficulty most practitioner experience in working with someone who has a hard wired belief (another description for what we are discussing.

You go on to say:

" though the only traces of language may only be structural and not iconic"

We are puzzled by the proposal that language contains (or could contain) iconic elements. Perhaps you could elaborate.

Regarding the set of states known as the know-nothing state, there is an interesting sequence of posings about how one might decompose this set into more refined categories that you might want to have a look at.
