Hello, Jenny.

In case you're interested in improving your handwriting, I recommend the book:

1. "Teach Yourself Better Handwriting", by Rosemary Sassoon.

Book (1) is not perfect, but will get you started.  The book contains a diversity of information about the writing process, including information on handwriting rehabilitation.  The 2nd edition might include the descriptions of writing rehabilitation exercises that the author left out of the 1st edition.  I still need to collect those descriptions for myself.

Modeling a good handwriter, practicing along with that person, is also a good idea, but not one I've attempted (yet).

Various materials can speed the handwriting learning process.  Read Sassoon's book for more about that.
