Even without the distortions of language you are left with VAK pattern formations residual to language, even if it is only a matter of what your nervous system recognizes ie in your visual field. There are always processes, linguistic and otherwise, taking place that you are unaware of, acting as filters. And they're all distortions of one sort or another. And yes I have cultivated an ability to stop talking to myself, but so what? How does one know that there are no F2 transforms happening at an unconscious level that are filtering everything you are experiencing? Your distinction between FA and F2 also suggest a huge universal quantifier. best, JS |
