John, this may appear as a dumb questions, but when going through the process of letīs say the NBG what is the subject "supposed" to experience? i.e. is the model to be actively visualized by the subject or is it that the subject does not really see anything in its mindīs eye because it is an unconscious process? In other words, is it a requirement to have the capability to form clear internal images in order to use the NBG? If so, what do you do if somebody is not able to form such images? Thank you, Claire |
