Hi Gene,

If you don't have a current symptom that is troubling you presently then access, from third position, a situation/context where you have a response that you would like to be different - any other area of your life where you have a problem. Step into the situation and pay acute attention to the kinaesthetics of that experience. Use that as your signal and do the rest of the process as outlined previously.
