Understood - I appreciate both your willingness to experiment and your ethics (experimenting on yourself). I urge you to secure the eyes and ears of a reasonably competent (with respect to calibration skills) coach to assist you. 2. (Maybe just due to repetition)" I think that this is an excellent proposal - let's see who, if anyone, seizes it as a way to offer the support to seminar participants post seminar.
