Hi

I am interested in self-development and that has led me to reading a little about NLP.

Many of the techniques seem to use visualisation, eg imagining something on a tv screen and then making it smaller/grey/whatever.

I have almost no ability to visualise something in my mind and this is a constant annoyance for me.

I don't know how unusual I am in this respect but would really like to know:

1. how would this affect the ability of an NLP practitioner to bring about improvements in me?

2. how would it affect my ability  (should I ever wish to or be trained to) use NLP techniques to help others?

Kindly
Troy
