Tony,

The sensation of the stinging in your hands after solid contact between bat and ball are precisely the advanced kinesthetics you are seeking to improve your batting - the micro muscle movements (in 1st position) get you into the game. When you are able to develop the additional sensations (like the stinging), you are much more deeply into the experience and the consequences will be accordingly more advanced.
