Hey Lager,

The part to be reframed, if that is your intention, is the part that feels an inclination toward repeating prior arguments or creating new scenarios in your head. That 'part' of you may very well be trying to improve your relationships. As such, I'd be interested in your finding out specific ways in which those interactions will improve your relationship.
