John,

Thank you for the interesting feedback about my strategy. it was never my intention to  rehearse a strategy that had poor respect for ecology. I in the far past rehearsed the same mental strategy that Lager used WITH THE EXCEPTION that I would take the memory of the event and mentally rescript it in internal dialogue, and rarely ever scripted it to my satisfaction. it became Rehash SQAURED!! and of course did little to improve the rapport I had with the individuals in question

A NLP practitioner in San Antonion had me stop the rehashing by employing the uptime exericise.
In a context such as this, then how would you determine that a part needs to be reframed vs identifying another solution, whether it be the uptime exerise or something else.
