Hi NJ,

Very interesting thoughts.  It is true what others have said about much of Miltion ERickson's work and the proposals in WITW by grinder and st. claire.  Much of Milton's most creative work violates their ethical principals in many ways. 

Read examples of either milton's interruption patterns and confusion patters; both he used highly effectgivly and creativly, but read them with grinder's criteria in mind for what constitutes unethical manipulation. I agree with others who are surprised that grinder hasn't come out against erickson's work the same way he has dilt's and others. Maybe it's a father figure thing.
