Hi Eric and john, Thanks you for your comments. Eric, you have reminded me, my (already) old readings of Castaneda’s books. My awareness doesn’t include “energy systems” related to others living creatures but I can perceive in my body “heat” or “flows” circulating. I think that I can’t at the same time search for the description of eggs, lines …, given by Castaneda and practice “stopping the world”. So It would appear (spontaneously) or not in the future. (See the following paragraph) But, I should say that I’ve difficulties to define what kinds of intentions are coherent with know-noting states. Is intention a filter ? for example, if I decide to focus on V or A or … ? Does the intention become tied in the state so that after practice it becomes a possible trigger of the state ? (But that might be a question for the coaching seminar in Paris which I will attend : How goals /intentions stimulate the states available for us ?). BTW, there is a book of Victor Sanchez on the “Teachings of Don Carlos” I don’t know if it is the English title” (Original Title : Las enseñanzas of Don Carlos”), which give a set of exercises collected from Castanada’s books. Many of then are related to “access to the reality” And, what does means IMHO ? Best
