NJ, I will give you the heads up when I get back from the New Code of NLP in Austin, TX this coming week. The point of using NLP is so that I am the one deliberately behaving as a healthy, fit and lean person. The NLP tools are the door into the lifestyle that I am after. And will achieve. I have no medical conditions that prevent me from being lean. If I take the opportunity to model and code a lean person, then I will share it with folks. At this point, I am not consciously aware of what keeps me from behaving as a lean person. I am well aware of what behaviours may trigger being and staying leaner. Be well, Stephen
