NJ, 1. Ok, sure perhaps I may want those results. But before I'm ready to get them, I want to consider if his strategies are better than ones I already have, and how they would fit in with the rest of my life. The may be various ways to get such results, including informational learning, academic modelingl, old code, and/or new code. And such processes may or may not require trance-identification. 2. In this case, I believe he was accessing his own strategy for choosing projects. I detected nothing in his behavior to indicate otherwise. 3. With the exec. I was modeling, there wasn't any behavior I had the desire to take on... nor any immediate opportunity to apply it in my activities. With him, I also found a 'principle' for choosing activities. I seem to be finding 'principles' rather than just strategies, etc. Eric |
