Yesterday I started checking out Harry Lorayne (Magician and Memory Expert}. John I would have to assume you might of checked good ole Harry' memory model system or have your own system built or have checked out  other memory or closed up magicians experts models. Looking at Harry's strategies/work on visually asssociating and lnking objects,names,numbers and adding meaning only when necessary for just one day has been very useful.
