Robert Provide some CONCRETE suggestions for change. As a Sweedish NLP expert, is it effective using comparative deletions and modal operators of necessity when providing feedback? I could say, “Robert you ‘need’ to provide ‘better’ feedback” As you well know, such a statement achieves little if anything!
