Hi Uzik, Since you say you "feel" nervous, perhaps you should set an anchor in which you actually feel confident. What, specifically, does "nervous" feel like to you? And what, specifically, does "confident" feel like? Step into those confident feelings and set your anchor that way. I think this forum might not be the one for your question since it's about the book _Whispering In the Wind_, but if you'd like to e-mail me off the list I'd be happy to direct you to some other NLP lists where your question(s) might be more appropriate.
