Thus, the physiology itself is the anchor - the natural anchor as opposed to the class of artifical ones you are presenting confused by 2. use high performance states generated by, for example, new code games - this, as you stated, assigns to the unconscious the responsibility to pick actual behaviors that flow out of the high performance states - the ones most relevant to the context and your objectives within that context. This is a far more exciting way to approach the challenges than artifical anchoring.
