Julian I don't think that I said "forget anchors" - I suspect that I said something closer to "forget artificial anchors". My point is that the physiology of the performer is the set (configuration) of natural anchors that evokes that high performance state. See the Chain of Excellence discussion on pages 233+ in Whispering. The variables that define your body movements (grace, accuracy, precision, balance...) are all barometers of the state (physiologically defined) you are in. All the best, John |
