...my pleasure, Ken.

You ask,

"Are any of the games you learned from Roger Tab usable without a guide?"

That depends on your purpose for using them.  If it's for the purpose of using them in a New Code game context, I doubt it since the calibration of the participant's physiology by a well-trained 'coach' seems critical in the early stages of New Code game play.  If your purpose for using PST exercises is to improve eye-hand coordination or improve 'visualization ability', then, yes they are usable without a guide.

You also asked,
"did Tab use his games for vision improvement?"

I have no idea whether or not he has personally used his exercises for 'vision improvement'.  I do happen to know that he has designed special lenses created specifically for the purpose of 'vision improvement'.  Allegedly the user wears these lenses for a number of weeks and somehow the eyes are altered structurally, leading to long term vision enhancement and ending the need for corrective lenses.  For more information, try accessing the web-site.  I don't have a link for you, but you can easily do a search for 'Roger Tabb' or 'Beaverton Optometric Group' and get it yourself.  I hope this 'proves' useful for you.

Also, since I have not personally used Tabb's experimental lenses, I can not give my testimony of their efficacy.

-Pete
