All the pieces of NLP, atomized and tested separately, would get questionable results since all the pieces are supposed to function together. Much also depends on the skill of the practitioner. Techniques are useless without skillful execution. If I explained to you how to use a violin, would you be able to play at the level of a symphony orchestra soloist? No, because the "techniques" need to run together and finally become a process of fluidity that can't be measured bolt by bolt. Because there really are no bolts -- they are only ways of developing coordination and awareness in the learner. They're training tools. NLP doesn't work, as has been said before too many times for us to account for -- but people do, and NLP might be part of the difference that makes a difference. And even if believing that is the only difference, then it has worked through you. best, John |
