I just attended the New Code NLP workshop in Malaysia, March 05. John Grinder demostrated a very interesting exercise, which was to communicate with one's unconscious mind. But when I tried it myself (I closed my eyes, got connected with my whole body, and talked internally to my unconscious asking her to communicate with me), I got no signal at all. Then I tried that exercise for a few more days and one night I started to sense some twitches in my legs. I thought "that's great" but the twitching went all over the place, both left and right, upper and lower parts of my legs, and I didn't get my "Yes"/"No" signals. After a few more tries, the twitching is now happening in my upper right leg... but my problem is... it now keeps twitching and it doesn't stop!!! I'm very confused and don't know how to get around this problem. I hope somebody could help me! Thanks! |
