Hi Jacqueline! Kewl story! I’d say you’re doing fine, just keep on doing it. That is, keep asking and refining your questions to your unconscious. From what you wrote, I figure that the first time you asked your unconscious to communicate with you, it did exactly that - giving you plenty of signals all over your body. So, you refined your question and asked for a more specific signal. Again, it answered your request by giving you a constant twitching in your upper leg. Maybe not what you wanted, but the answer fits the question like a glove. So keep on asking new questions that are more precise. Here’s an example of what your next question could be. After thanking your unconscious for the response, ask it to give you an alternative signal/expression, as a replacement for the current one, but which you’ll find enjoyable, fascinating or whatever suites your cup of tea. Who knows what that will generate. Remember, there are no bad answers as long as you maintain an on-going dialogue. By the way, I’m not familiar with the exercise.
