Dear John and all concerned. What does one do if they have tried this exercise a number of times, yet has no noticable responce from the unconsciouness, despite respecting the unconscious's functioning at consciouness? Is there a type of reframe that should should be carried out by the mind first to facilitate communication? What has been found as most common cause of this lack of communication and what is the best way to gain better communication with the unconsciousness? I know my questions are vague to specific's but i am greatly interested in having knowledge as to he common difficulties and how to deal with them. I myself am finding no noticable siginals sent from my unconsciuos mind despite having clearly asking for it. Thus i would like to know how. All the best |
