To the above I need to qualify: The system for modeling I am proposing is making a presupposition (a powerful I have found) that to fully model someone in 2nd position you model not only their initiated behaviour but their results realisation. To claify, this places the model to be modeled as a complete set outside beyond the individual and encompasses the awareness of external stimuli also. So you are modeling in second position the movements, and the responses and awareness of outside results. For example: in the golf swing, you could find V external during the swing (although some people close their eyes at impact)...the internal visuals and auditory visuals are not high, the kinesthetic sensations are extremely sensitive and on full alert. If you imagine the mastery skill to be modeled as a bubble, it would include all the surroundings to the individual, the individuals responses (or not) to the environment, the individuals initiated activities (pre-visualisation activies, self talk and states) and kinesthetic movements and internal representations and states. This presupposition allows you to notice the results you are getting and make distinctions, and improvements to the modeling process and the skill you are actually generating. |
