Michael, Sorry about the delay in replying. I have to admit I´m surprised by your question given that you´re an NLP trainer. and a sales trainer as well.yet maybe this is more about the semantics I´m using than anything else. when I use the term "unconscious installation", I´m referring to the use of nested loops,and/or multi embedded metaphor plus analog marking in teaching sales training.to contrast, most non NLP trained sales trainers will simply combine lecture and/or role play to teach sales skills. MY experience as a student in the sales courses offered by Xerox Corporation and The Dale Carnegie Institute(in the USA) earlier in my career have left me convinced that lecture and role play are inferior teaching methods.even the most motivated students will not demonstrate what is taught in sales training as elegantly and with quite the precision as when employing "unconscious installation".I hope this clarifies my earlier posting.
